Run the iconic Tan Track and support mental health!
Join elite athletes, celebrities, emergency service workers and schools as they run The Tan to get an official PB and raise funds and awareness for local mental health charities.
Suitable for runners of all abilities, The Tan has become one of the most popular running tracks in the world.

Special thanks to the OCGA and Ord Minnett as sponsors, successfully raising $8, 000 for AWL.
AWL CHARITY CAR SHOW
The Charity Car Show successfully raised $10, 700 for AWL. Special thanks to Essendon Fields, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mobrici Souvlaki, Blinkr, Wonderland RV and Harrington’s Coffee Love as sponsors. Mostly, AWL thanks Adrian Misiano, from Matthew Steer, for his vision and organisation in making this possible and inviting car club members. To all those who attended with their well loved and well maintained cars, we are incredibly grateful to you for your donations and honest conversations on the day, about youth mental health.
MARLEE'S MARATHON
Amber means the world to me and being able to honour her throughout this journey has been both a beautiful experience and at times, extremely challenging. Amber and I did so many things together, from choir and busking, to camping and rock climbing, but especially running. We both shared a love for running.
In 2019, we did the 10k race at the Melbourne Marathon Festival in 2019 together. Last year I did the Half Marathon in her memory.
Amber’s absence is painfully obvious, but I hope that wherever she is, she can feel how much I love her and miss her.
This year I am running the full marathon for the first time with Amber.
Marlee
Marlee successfully raised $7,265 for AWL in her 2023 Melbourne Marathon campaign, successfully completing her first ever, full 42.2 km. We are in awe of her determination, courage and achievements - her love for Amber and empathy for those similarly suffering are unparalleled. Thank you Marlee, we are so proud of you.
RUN THE TAN 2023
Among the elite athletes, celebrities and first responders taking to the Tan Track in April, Monty Wraith entered to run in his elder sister's memory. The support was overwhelming, with 90 fellow fundraisers joining Monty to raise awareness and funds for AWL, including close friends and family.
The event was an incredible success, with 650 donations towards AWL totalling $45 036.
